I’m sad. I really wanna leave a good review. Called them many times, emailed them, did callbacks on a daily basis for a few weeks over a period of a few months, nothing (I can’t even find out if they are still open, (I see a review for less than a month and we’ve been calling two months prior to that), or if there gone for the winter, closed, retired, short staffed, can’t find anyone to work to take the phone calls or the emails…? Sharing this review on behalf of my parents. I would not recommend hiring this company after a negative experience they had. Bought heat pumps with service which qualified for the federal rebates. When my family followed up to get the rebate after the install, the response from the company was rude and inconsiderate. This company is taking advantage by stealing your rebate. Be weary of doing business with these guys.
I had my hot water heater replaced yesterday by these good folks. they were expeditious on getting my job scheduled. The installer was professional and knowledgeable. The cost came in under estimate and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
Owner came by our place to do v assessment and make recommendations about adding cellar heating units to get us out of the stacking and hauling 5 cord of 18" oak pieces for the furnace. Much appreciated JOHN Ramsey
