R J Davis, the owner came out and gave a price of bordering my house with stone and priced it double the amount of three other prices I got with the exact same stone! He was going to give my neighbor a price to do some bushes around her generator and priced it with her and she told him to do it and he doubled the price in my opinion because I did not give him the job he doubled her price on it and he told me he priced ******no matter what the job is If it is even a cheaper job than that. This company started off doing really well with their service. I was pleased the first year I had them. However, things started to change last year. I prepaid for aeration, seeding and compost the first and second year. The first year was great, but they wouldn't seed my whole lawn the second year. They also used a lot less compost the second year. I feel if you pay for a service, you should get it.
