As of today I'm on day 24 without A/C. This company miss diagnose our unit then had to come back next day. He ordered the part supposedly and never came back to fix it. This is the space cadet our crappie home warranty company sent. Never use American Home Shield either.
They jerked me around for 3 weeks in 110+° weather without AC until they just stopped responding.
This contractor got assigned by my home warranty company. This worst company i have ever seen. if option to rate, i will give him zero star. he came couple of days after got assigned and heard sound from blower motor, it was loud and said he said he will get part 2mrw and come in next couple of days to replace this motor. After this he have me 4 appointment and never came. He stopped taking my call and his voice mail is full. Contacted AHS and they try to contact him and nothing happened.
