I could not be more pleased with the response and professionalism. We had wind damage to the aluminum wrap on the fascia on the gable end of our roof. I contacted them one evening and the next morning I received a call back to set up an appointment. Sales Manager Rachel Kane arrived on time and we were able to get an agreement signed quickly. Outstanding customer service! The sales rep, Lisa, was very knowledgeable, professional, and always available to answer our questions. Her expertise was a great help in navigating the entire insurance claim process.
They did a great job on the roof and gutters. Friendly, professional, punctual, clean. I will use them in the future if the need arises.
