I wasn't going to leave a review but they have recently added to the list of reasons why I believe this company is just awful in general. They do not care about making quality homes, it was a constant fight to get things done in a timely manner with quality completion. The only person who acted as if he cared was Reed for the year warenty issues, again EVERY issue was a fight in getting things done. We bought a home from RJ Castle in March of 2021. There were a few issues in the first year that were covered under the warranty and were handled well. The following is what makes RJ Castle an excellent company: In 2023 we started noticing the LVP flooring in our home was buckling and coming up in places. We contacted RJ Castle and I expected to hear the home was no longer under warranty, sorry. RJ Castle was great to work with through the custom home process. They were quick to answer my questions and attentive throughout the whole build.
Working with everyone at RJ Castle has been amazing! Reed is easy to work with and makes things go so smoothly!
