These guys are currently selling a property out from under us. We were in negotiations, and they went radio silent. Finally call the agent (Michael Grenert) from another number and get told that they have another buyer lined up that is willing to pay more, and they are telling the seller to sign with them instead.
I just spoke with a lady named Carol over the phone and she was extremely rude. I was asking her questions about the properties they have for lease and she hung up the phone on me. I’m extremely disappointed with the type of customer service they offer.
Called and left voicemail inquiring about properties available. Noone returns calls.
