My family has been coming to Rizzo's for many years! I come to him for all of my repairs and battery replacements! Jay is a class act and a real straight shooter!

Took my wedding ring to have re-set into a different setting. Brought in 14 diamonds and two gems, the ring was returned with 4 diamonds missing. When I approached Jay with the problem, I was treated with disrespect and excuses as to why they were excluded. He attempted to "steal" four diamonds from me!!!!! Will NEVER again frequent this store!
