Condescending, rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional in communicating with patients. I arrived in sharp pain in need of an extraction. He tried to review a whole dental plan with me (which was very expensive by the way). He didn’t even mention the area that I had come in there for! I told him that his plan would have to wait for later because I was in pain. He said “Well I don’t know what you want me to do because I don’t do extractions”.
