I would not recommend Rizzo Insurance. I had requested to cancel my worker's comp in June 2022, and despite signing all necessary paperwork and confirming the cancellation, they still renewed the policy and charged me an exorbitant amount, including a cancellation fee. Additionally, I reached out to both Rizzo Insurance and AIM for assistance in resolving the issue, but received no help. Proceed with caution and do not trust this company.
Very nice friendly knowledge and experienced staff that uses many companies to get you the consumer the best rate.
I have been a customer of The Rizzo Insurance Group for well over 30 years now and I can honestly say that dealing with this agency has been a positive relationship every step of the way.
