I will be recommending to our UNC Board of Visitors that all future meetings be held at another facility than the Rizzo Center. The Front Desk manager was unreasonable and charged me for a full 2nd day, even though I checked out on time after only one day. They have taken a petty approach to policy and as a result will lose a great deal of business. As well as receive poor reviews and complaints. They do not treat business guests well at all.
Have stayed here many times, when visiting my son who lives in Chapel Hill. Feels like home, everytime I return.
