Had my hair done by my daughter that attends the school. I had a hot root that needed to be fixed and showed her a picture of highlights that I liked. Being a student, she was nervous but her wonderful teachers walked her and educated her through the process perfectly. My hair came out perfectly and she gained more confidence. Thank you
