I took my car in for an oil change, came out with a cracked windshield… that was not there when I came. Have video but don’t show the front of my car& they don’t have it documented on the inspection sheet. Then when I was driving my car a week later the engine splash shield was hanging and making a lot of noise when I drive. Because when they did my oil change, they didn’t put all the screws back in. So at this point, I will be taking my car to get service somewhere else.
Oil change and car wash was excellent along with the service department staff. Friendly and efficient.
