My dad and the sales rep Greg Parker were negotiating numbers back n forth.. they finally both agreed on a number only for the dealer to then INCREASE the final price about $4k! My experience with Rizza Cadillac started off great, which makes this situation even more disappointing. I was promised top-tier service when purchasing my brand-new 2026 Cadillac Lyriq. I was specifically told that I would never need to drive my car in for service—that they would pick it up and provide a loaner vehicle whenever service was needed.
