Rizza has always been my go-to for Cadillac, but I’m really questioning the used-car team right now. I referred a young family member who test-drove a Mazda there, and the engine was knocking loudly — she even sent me the video. The salesperson told my niece that she’s “never driven a Mazda” but that “this is how they sound.” That’s unacceptable. Then they called her today saying the car is in great shape. It’s disappointing because my experiences with Rizza have always been solid. I wish I could share the video
