I brought my Cadillac to Rizza for service for the first time. I met with David Lagger, Service Manager. David laid out the process including the timeline. Going to a dealer is often disappointing. Not this time. David kept in touch with me each day and my car was ready for pick up on the day and time David had promised. If your Cadillac needs service I highly recommend David Lagger and Rizza.
