Had a wonderful experience buying a new truck at Rizza!
3 weeks after bringing the car in to inspect a cracked captains seat cushion on a certified used vehicle that's still under factory and additional warranty coverage, yet still no response or course of action to repair the damage. They are super supportive when you purchase the vehicle, yet drag every bit of their feet when coming to making things right. Would give 0 stars if possible.
Jim in the service department is great and really knowledgeable.
Salesman Munir Nazer and his Manager Jim Allegretti were so helpful during my search for a new vehicle.
