Mike who is the owner of Ritz Works does excellent work and has done many jobs in the past for me But, recently has “dropped the ball” when in comes to customer service. He replaced my front bumper cover in Oct of 2017 and since then have connected his business numerous times to do finishing or touch up on bumper that he missed. It has been almost 10 months since that repair and still get the reply that “I am too busy at the time to do this minor finish work” So is you have body work to do !
