Horrible to keep you updated and till this day they haven’t show us the CT scan results or blood work. I am really disappointed. We are supposed to get paperwork with results and nothing. I do not recommend.
This is the most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with in my life. I have been asking for paperwork from the first day to either be printed or sent to my email and they have yet to do it. This would include an itemized receipt showing that we already paid the first day and they said that was it that we had to pay for. No receipt sent to me but received a voice-mail saying it's been sent. Fast forward now I have a bill in the mail saying I owe over a grand for stuff we have already paid for. I have an amazing experience Dr Malik, and Dr Nathalia treat me like family, It was hard but we didn’t doctor never give up on me , always answer my questions, they call me always to know how am doing, and of course hands down with all the office staff ,Julie, Ale and Jessi amazing . Thank you guys
