I am loving my curly hair cut by Arianna! I feel like a new person. My natural curls are back and my hair is thick (no more thinned out scraggly ends - the worst thing to do to curly hair). Arianna IS truly an expert on cutting and styling curly hair.
I’m very disappointed with the experience I had today with Arianna. I booked an appointment for 7:00 PM and my sister booked hers for 6:00 PM. We arrived at 5:58 PM, and she told us to give her 20 minutes because she was still working on someone else’s hair during the time of my sister’s appointment. We went back to the car and waited 20 minutes before returning. Because of that delay, we already lost about 20 minutes of our scheduled appointment time. I had the absolute best experience. Arianna is very informative and provided me with a much needed and wanted education on my hair/haircare routine. My cut turned out amazing. I left feeling so confident and happy. My hair feels and looks AMAZING!
It's difficult to find someone who truly knows curly hair - it's not just how to cut it, but knowing how the person in the chair can/wants to style it. Rizos & Rainbows is that place! My hair always looks and feels amazing after a curly cut, and I can walk away knowing that it will continue to look good when I style it again at home. I'm so happy to have found Arianna!
