Insensitive, made me feel like I was wasting his time. I will not be back. Go somewhere else- also was running 40 mins behind schedule & it was a morning appointment.
Very professional and kind. He answers questions. After my 2nd visit, Dr. Rizkalla quickly escalated my condition to his colleagues. I am looking forward to my appointment with an eye inflamation specialist.
Dr. Rizkalla did my cataract surgery in both eyes, and has always been knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. I’ve been going to him for about 10 years or so, and I am pleased to have him for my eye doctor.
I went to this guy and he was awful. He got mad at me and when he was done, he slammed back his stool and said to me “you will get your script today, but you’ll be back in less than a year because you have glaucoma” then got up and walked out.
