Rize is completely unresponsive and careless. They never answer their phone, e-mail, or text. We lived with mold in our bedroom for moths and the most they would do is clean what you could see off the wall, and let it come back two weeks later. The only time I was able to talk to someone was when I showed up in person, and was told that’s just how old buildings are, and it was my responsibility to clean it or I could break my lease. I've recently moved into a property managed by this company. It has been a great experience. Their lease is detailed and payment is easy. They are also so quick to respond. They been a great help in fixing any issue we have had and responding to any question or concern. It's so nice having a management team that values their tenants.
