Rize recently renovated our lift elevator at one of our facilities. They were very transparent and honest throughout the whole process. It is like a brand new elevator. I am extremely impressed with their work and look forward to working with them in the future. Ben, Jordan and Randy were pleasant throughout the whole process.
Finally, an elevator company that is passionate about good service and excellent customer relations. They've got the know-how and integrity, unlike another (unnamed) national company. After having our elevator down for 5 weeks with incompetent service from the other (unnamed) national company, we finally found Rize Elevator. They knew almost immediately what was wrong and fixed it. The other (unnamed) national company wanted to charge the association tens of thousands of dollars for something we didn't even need.
