I've been working with Rize since late June. Experience was great intially. Inspection was through and paperwork was submitted in a timely fashion to USAA and meeting with the adjuster went great. USAA has been trying to get additional documents since late August. I have reached out multiple times and have had zero response since October 17th. Keenan shook my hand and assured me he would handle this process. So far a disappointing experience.
