Rize is my favorite Spin studio in Austin. There is no dancing during the spin classes and they even have circuit training classes throughout the week. The space is clean, well kept and modern. I love the stadium style studio as well. Karen, Juan and Scott are excellent instructors and each have their own music & workout style so you always get something different. They are super responsive to emails if you have questions! I highly recommend.
Best spin class in Austin
My favorite cycling studio. I've been spinning at RIZE for over 3 yrs. I also love that they offer other classes throughout the week - a CrossFit style workout, core intensive classes, yoga and meditation as well. Instructors Karen, Scott and Juan play excellent music and motivate you to work your hardest. No push-ups on the handlebars or crazy dance moves, straight up cycling on tension controlled bikes.
