Riza did a spectacular job catering our wedding at Crow Creek Mine. Before we get to the main part of the review, let's make sure that we acknowledge the location's degree of difficulty for a wedding caterer. Crow Creek is roughly 45 minutes south of Anchorage, up a 3 mile dirt road, and it has neither running water nor cooking facilities; a caterer must do all their set up in areas open to the public and with wedding guests milling about as they await the ceremony.
