I normally avoid leaving negative reviews, but this experience has been beyond unacceptable. I have been dealing with ongoing problems with this optical store for months. The first pair of glasses I received had issues, so I returned them and waited over a month for a replacement. Worst experience ever. Absolutely unacceptable service and some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I paid for my glasses over 2 months ago and still have not received the correct order. The pair they gave me was defective, bent from both sides, poor quality, and the color was completely different from what I originally ordered.
