Roger did an inspection of a newly built condo for us and we were very happy with his professionalism and attention to detail. His report came back promptly and was extremely detailed and understandable for the layman. Overall, very easy to work with and we would recommend Rixon Home Inspection.

Both people that I dealt with at Rixon home inspection were very pleasant and very knowledgable. The inspector was incredibly detailed and informative and honest. We really appreciated the report and in addition to that, he explained very well what he saw and answered follow up questions about the implications of what he found as well. Would highly recommend this inspector, particularly if you are a homebuyer and want to trust the home inspector and learn more about the house.
Roger was excellent and I would highly recommend him. It was extremely easy to schedule a home inspection. Following that he was extremely thorough during the inspection. He encouraged us to attend the inspection with him, and took the time to walk my wife and I through the house. Roger was thorough, responsive, and kind. I would recommend him to anybody searching for a property in this area. He caught a significant issue that we had overlooked in our initial tour of the property. We wouldn't hesitate to specifically seek him out for any other property we wish to buy on the lake.
