Courteous and professional service
Very disappointed with this office. I called to confirm an appointment for tomorrow and realize that accidentally missed it and it was scheduled for today. The representative said I was charged a $25 missed appointment visit. This was my first one. I normally don’t miss appointments. I don’t know if I want to be associated with a doctor’s office that would Charge a fee on the first time for an accident that’s not very good business. I will just request my records and transfer them to Ohiohealth to finish my medical problem. ... read more
I went to Rixis Dermatology today for the first time. The girl at the front desk was very kind and friendly. The doctor and all of her nursing staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I return in 8 weeks for a follow up visit. At this point I highly recommend them. Thank you 😊
