Great prices...horrible customer service Prices are very good, probably as good or even better than many of the bigger stores. However, the follow up service is horrible. If you try to call with an issue the phone will almost never be answered, and when you go by Bubba will promise a return call but you will never get one. We purchased a whole house of appliances, one was ordered wrong and the other was broken. Every time we went in Bubba would not remember what the issue was then he would promise a call, went in several tim... read more
Great Service, Great Prices They helped me find the perfect washing machine for our family, providing a great buying experience at a great price. Most recently, when it developed a small leak in the water pump all I had to do was give them a phone call, and they came right out and repaired it (it was under warranty). I have also purchased a dishwasher from them, with no issues at all. I will never shop a "big box" store again for appliances.
