I wanted to start off by saying that Rivoli Run had its roughest period about two years ago. Under the management of Morgan Properties, the community went through a lot of issues. The office staff wasn’t very helpful at the time, though I will say maintenance was always reliable and did a great job whenever something needed fixing. Please Don’t let a family member pass away at Rivoli Run apartment Homes Managed by Woodruff Property Management you will feel no compassion or understanding. They will find a way to keep the deposit and straight lie in your face. I can’t say enough great things about Rivoli Run Apartments! Every month they go above and beyond with fun community events—right now I’m literally at a pool party where they’re giving out school supplies AND brought out a food truck! . The office staff strikes the perfect balance of professional and personal. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and go the extra mile to create a welcoming atmosphere.
