"When we first moved in, the apartment complex was fantastic, and the management was incredibly helpful. However, as the staff changed, so did the quality of the complex. It seems like the rules are selectively enforced, and some residents aren't held to the same standards. We also experienced a car break-in, and it often takes months for maintenance to address any issues. To top it off, instead of contacting residents directly, management sends mass texts, which often feel accusatory and impersonal."
I want to highlight how kind Brandy is on my move-in process so far. She has been very insightful, caring, and accommodating so far. I will keep this review updated as time goes on. Since they have new management that is seeming to really *get things done*, prospective residents should count on more updated reviews rather than listening to older ones. Thanks!
Charles (maintenance) is the go to guy to get whatever you need fixed done in a timely manner!
