Had my first laser hair removal session for my lower legs and underarms at Rivière Med Spa and honestly had such a great experience. As someone with Indian skin, I was nervous going in, but the consultation was very thorough and they really listened to my concerns instead of rushing through things. The treatment itself was surprisingly painless and comfortable, and already looking forward to my next session! As a person of color, I am so glad that I found a team that felt knowledgeable, attentive, and so kind!!!!!
I had high hopes for this salon given the positive reviews, but my experience didn’t quite match that expectation. While they were able to fit me in on short notice—which I appreciated—the overall experience felt a bit disorganized. The space itself could use some updating. Finally happy with what I see in the mirror! I cannot recommend Rivière Med Spa enough! I’ve done two IPL facials here with different clinicians, and both were absolutely fantastic and my skin has for real never looked better. And the Botox has been a game changer. Most recently, Jen has been outstanding, she’s incredibly attentive, makes sure I’m getting the results I expected (and honestly better), and keeps everything as comfortable and easy as possible. The whole process has been a breeze every time, and I’m seeing great results. I highly recommend Rivière!
