The on-site managers are rude and incompetent - we will not be re-booking. Since the new managers have taken over, we’ve had countless poor experiences, unlike the previous polite and courteous managers. Safety Concerns: In 2023, we reported a dangerous chair in our unit. My husband tested it to see if it was suitable for breastfeeding my newborn daughter, and it collapsed, nearly causing an accident. Overall this is a wonderful complex, great view for us was over the sea with great weather exciting sunrise and sunsets every day and eateriesetc withinshort walk. Down side they don't have high speed internet so connection was poor and unreliable. Our room was very cold at night and had a small fan heater that after 2 hours the the power cord was hotter than the heater. For 8 days, we had our bedding changed but not the bath towels. If these improve it will be a great place to stay.
