Keith is amazing - personal service like I have never seen before. Lost our glasses while on vacation in Miami, visited Keith at 3:00 PM and he personally delivered the frames to the LAB late Friday night, even though he was closed on Saturday he kept checking and on Christmas EVE he hand delivered the new glasses to OUR HOTEL!!
