I'm not one to complain. I actually hate negativity and confrontation. But I've attempted to cordially and calmly resolve an issue I had with Riviera. I went there for a spray tan for a bikini competition. I felt rushed and needless to say, the next day it looked awful!! It was blotchy, there were streaks, and I wasn't happy at all. They offered to "fix it" with doing another spray tan. I don't see how that's possible considering how uneven it was and the competition was already over so it was pointless.
