James is my go-to aesthetician in DFW! Very knowledgeable and thorough! <3 The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Extremely bad service. No flexibility. We reached 15 mins late, but they were super inflexible to either reschedule us or cancel it or refund part of the money. We were 3 very unhappy pregnant ladies going back after a very dissatisfying prenatal massage of 15 mins. Worst thing was the customer service. Not happy and not coming back again.
I’ve been going to this spa for several years. They have a beautiful relaxing space. Staff is excellent at what they do, very friendly and welcoming! The member prices are affordable for the quality services they offer.
This was the best massage ever..Lisa massaged my soul..lol...I will definitely be back...the staff all together was great
Massage was great but paid for a 50 min massage and only got 30 min.. the staff wanted to only discount me 20 percent on my NEXT Visit I live an hour away and get massages never.. This should have been handled differently considering this was 135 dollar gift card for 30 min. Not fair!
