Our family has been going to the Mesa office for almost 20 years and always get the best in service by the staff and doctors. I love their selection of eyewear. They always help me with choosing the best look for me given my wants and needs. Their newly expanded office allows for a nice flow from testing to exam and then to choosing glasses or lenses. Highly recommend them!
Dr Reckell and her team are great. I have been going to her for over 30 years now and they never disappoint. I have a very difficult contact prescription and Dr. Reckell has always been able to find the best options for me.
Unfortunately my experience was less than stellar. I spent over $800 on three pairs of glasses - after insurance - and that included reusing 2 frames because otherwise the cost would have been over $1200. Well one of the frames I reused broke - the frame was a Coach less than 2 years old. What I received from the technician was "well that's the risk you take in reusing frames". I will not be back.
I've been a patient here for 7 years and am continually astonished by the professionalism and quality of care I receive. Dr. Keding and entire staff are the BEST. Highly recommend.
Riviera has the been the only eye practice I have used for over 30 years! The doctors are professional, amazing, and understanding about age related eye diseases. Mandy and her team in the optical center are experts in finding the perfect frames that fit your style and face! They listen, answer questions, and are very patient! Highly recommend!! 😎
