The new owner of Rivera Goldsmith, now called April’s Jewelers, is a “gem”! Mario custom designed a platinum and gold dinner ring that incorporated a diamond that I had from a previous setting. In the process of crafting the ring he sent me many photos and videos for my approval and welcome to any suggestions. This was a very positive experience and I love the results.

I tried calling to speak with someone but received the receptionist I believe. This woman said hello and right when said my name, she hung up on me. When I called a third time I literally yelled in the phone and asked to speak with a Manager or Owner, she said they were not there and quickly hung up on me again. I feel very offended, since she did not bother to see why I was calling or if I there was something she could help me out with.
