This building is a disaster, the people who are there to run the building are lazy, have no idea what to do, and don't care about anything. The so called cleaners have no idea how to clean, there is no set schedule for anything, elevators, garage doors, always broken, building is dirty, messy, stairwells smell and are always dirty with garbage. One of the worst apartment i have seen in canada. I have been living in canada from last 2 years. This month i moved in and there are lots of cockroaches and bed bugs in the apartment. I informed the homestead for 2 times regarding same issue. The whole body us itchy and red they scheduled the inspection for both for 2 times but no one visit and have a look. Do not move into this building. It is ran by the laziest and most incompetent staff, everything and I mean everything is constantly broken. The washer and dryers barely work , elevators are constantly broken, even stuff as simple as the automatic doors never work. Theres garbage everywhere and they never clean or do a thing. There is almost zero green spade and what’s left is covered in dog crap from lazy dog owners who don’t pick up and even lazier staff who doesn’t do anything about it.
