Worst place to live! Don’t live in homestead buildings. 1310 mcwatters road is filthiest place ever. They don’t come for maintenance, office staff is missing, garage access is mostly broken, every other day there is noise of drilling, parking is horrible, parking door bangs like hell and management is the worst. Every tenant is complaining about them
This building is a disaster, the people who are there to run the building are lazy, have no idea what to do, and don't care about anything. The so called cleaners have no idea how to clean, there is no set schedule for anything, elevators, garage doors, always broken, building is dirty, messy, stairwells smell and are always dirty with garbage. One of the worst apartment i have seen in canada. I have been living in canada from last 2 years. This month i moved in and there are lots of cockroaches and bed bugs in the apartment. I informed the homestead for 2 times regarding same issue. The whole body us itchy and red they scheduled the inspection for both for 2 times but no one visit and have a look.
