I usually go early in the morning, very gym goers. However the equipment is not in the best shape. If you go a the right time you'll be able to 1 of the 2 1/2 working treadmills.
Just working on my fitness!!!!!! Good gym. I like the Move & Groove class!
Go see Shannon on Tuesday mornings at 9am for Predator Body Conditioning! He will DEFINITELY motivate you and you will definitely get your sweat on!
This is one of the best gyms in the are in terms of size, but the locker room (mens) is entirely too small. Great folks that frequent the place as well.
