Love the classes...get a great work out..lot of machines to use..like the indoor walking track ..also offer personal trainers..have not indulged in that yet...offers alot...just needs a little updating...
Well run facility with a wide variety of physical training options (weight machines, free weights, exercise machines, basketball, tennis, walking track, classes, etc.). Full locker and shower facilities as well. Thumbs up!!!

It's very dated with old equipment and carpeting that should have been replaced years ago. Can't beat the price though.
Member since 2004! Love it here! Every class and machine you can think of including personal trainers! Stop on by, you will be glad you did! A place to take care of YOU head to toe! Great staff from the top down-
Not a family friendly place, if you have kids I would go somewhere else.
