So glad I met Emily and found this complex! Trying to set up a move from the States with a cat to Vancouver is complicated enough, but she was the only leasing agent who went above and beyond and helped me get more done in two days than her competition manager in two weeks! We recently moved in and we couldn't be happier. The location is really good, you're basically close to everything you need like groceries, bus stop, the beach, seawall... The units are renovated and the building is very well managed. The doorbell is connected to the internet and it is very modern, making it easy to receive packages and guests. We're loving it and everyone was very helpful to make our move easier
