We recently moved in and we couldn't be happier. The location is really good, you're basically close to everything you need like groceries, bus stop, the beach, seawall... The units are renovated and the building is very well managed. The doorbell is connected to the internet and it is very modern, making it easy to receive packages and guests. We're loving it and everyone was very helpful to make our move easier
