We went with Riviera bronze because we thought we would get good service and Product from a local company. To my surprise and disappointment. Riviera Bronze does not stand behind their products after installation and during design. My front entrance door is very difficult to open because of the poor design of the mechanical hinges. My bedroom patio door is in-operable because it jams. My representatives get lip-service or no return calls.
