I installed an automated set of 6 panel doors and three additional outer doors and windows. The design experience working with my architect was professional. The finished product on the doors is the highest quality. Any questions relayed to Riviera were dealt with quickly and directly. I had taken down a 20 foot wide wall for a penthouse in ny and installed these doors to create a continuous open space from my terrace to living room. The finished product is elegant and become a center piece of my apartment.
Jared Sapp and all the other fine people at Riviera provided the highest quality service and product for a very large complex home that I designed in Malibu, CA. They made every single exterior door and window for the project and it was one of the most important aspects of the design. I would never consider working with another steel window/door manufacturer after my stellar experience with Riviera. Thank you.
I’m writing this review to complement Riviera Bronze on the quality of their work and their support for the product even long after the warranty has expired. We built our new home in 2017. Riviera Bronze supplied the windows and some of the doors. Their glass supplier had manufacturing issues which Riviera Bronze remedied years after the warranty had expired. I had the pleasure of working at Riviera Bronze with a wonderful team of people. The product spoke for itself and the artisans who manufactured the product were true craftsman. Attached is an example of a beautiful installation that I toured.
the windows are frickn sick! Not only are they really beautiful to look at, they are well designed and fabricated with precision. I'm a GC, and my client is very happy with them as am I.
