Fell in love with the community and purchased our dream home. Location is centralized to everything. A new Neighborhood Walmart will be opening soon and the community everyone is friendly and welcoming.
The land is being developed too quickly and too many people will be living in such a small area. Wish we could get out now.
I found a beautiful waterfront house in Riviera Bella community. It took 25 minute to Lake Mary (not 10 minute) and over 1 hour to Disney (if not traffic but it is always traffic on I4). It took while a bit to drive to Riviera Bella community (i actually see a sign "ADOPT A STREET" i was wonder where am i going?) and everything near the community doesn't look upscale like where we live.
