My mother in law lives here and is in her 70s. From the moment she moved here it has been awful for her. Her first month there were roaches, absolutely disgusting! How can you let your tenants move in to this filth? Now there is a rat infestation on the property where the rats are digging large holes! Gross! You should be ashamed of yourselves for putting your tenants health at risk!! This place needs to be demolished. I can’t believe you have the audacity to allow people to reside in such a place. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Never move here. These apartments are disgusting. They are absolutely robbing tenants by charging wayyy over the value. There has been a rat problem that has never been addressed no matter how many times we request. There is in-unit laundry but they illegally vent inside the apartment causing humidity, which causes MOLD. I gave notice to vacate well before the required 60 days, my lease ended on 6/30/2025 and they are trying to charge me rent for the month of July. This complex lets people park their RVs in the parking lot and camp overnight. Super sketch.
These apartments are disgusting. Bugs everywhere, cockroaches, spiders, etc. Management is in and out, held by temporary workers. My apartment flooded once while living here and not only was the apartment phone number disconnected, but I couldn't get any help for it for almost 3 days. The definition of slumlord.
