Maintenance was phenomenal. I had moved in a week prior to planning. So they had short notice to get things taken care of .. but they showed up same day I mentioned it to The property management and got everything fixed that they didn't have to order a part for. They were quick. In and out in no time flat. Great people. Friendly and great management and maintenance!!!!!! Just wish the pool was still open. Im a Yankee and 80/90 is still swimming weather for me.

We absolutely love living at the Riviera Apartments in China Spring, Texas! As a single parent with three children, finding a place that feels like home is so important, and this community has exceeded all our expectations.
