I’ve owned a two rivians the first one was a lemon, second one, 30 days in already needed parts replace because faulty installed items. To make things worse the el segundo service center took out my nacs adapter from my vehicle and did not return it. I only noticed after I got home. There is no way to contact the service center directly. They aren’t responding to messages in the app or response requests from Rivian support. It’s been over a week, this company is failing on all fonts but especially customer service.
I just picked up my new rician pre purchased incredible condition and very efficient pick up process with my man Vincent who very clearly showed me how to operated the vehicle and got me setup!
Off-road parking only.
Service experience was great. Only downside was they didn’t have a loaner. But the intake process was super quick, technicians and front desk staff super kind and the waiting area was clean. Service was completed quickly. Most of the negative reviews are from people who don’t own a Rivian. Only wish it was a little easier to get an appointment when a physical service center is needed. Love my Rivian though.
