I just picked up my new rician pre purchased incredible condition and very efficient pick up process with my man Vincent who very clearly showed me how to operated the vehicle and got me setup!
Off-road parking only.
Service experience was great. Only downside was they didn’t have a loaner. But the intake process was super quick, technicians and front desk staff super kind and the waiting area was clean. Service was completed quickly. Most of the negative reviews are from people who don’t own a Rivian. Only wish it was a little easier to get an appointment when a physical service center is needed. Love my Rivian though.
Rivian rocks!
I want to start by saying I genuinely love my Rivian. However, my experience with the El Segundo Service Center has been consistently frustrating. I currently have two open recalls — one of which included a message from Rivian instructing me not to have passengers in the back seat until it was resolved. In addition, I’ve had ongoing suspension issues that have required multiple visits and still are not fully resolved because the issue keeps returning.
