If I could give zero stars I would. Awful experience. They do not listen to customer. Promised us car was fixed only to show up and the tech said it’s not fixed. Wasted our time and money. Thankfully they hand out uber credits to make up for it but starting the process to lemon law this. Hopefully Rivian replaces leadership in the service organization ASAP.
Do not buy a Rivian. Hydraulic leak that wasn't on my dash is now in shop for two weeks and hasn't been seen yet. Enterprise said they give out 30 cars a day to Rivian in Dallas. Buy a rivian if you want to be in a rental car for two months and never see your 100k car! posting on every Rivian dealership until they stop selling cars they can't fix
