Rivian Costa Mesa has been a great service center for me. Wait times have improved a lot since other service centers have opened up in the region. I've had one major issue related to a sensor, which was expedited by their service team. All of my other service requests related to trim were taken care of within a reasonable amount of time. I've had a mix of getting Uber credits, rentals, or a loaner. The team here has been really great to work with.

I feel like the only good reviews are people who have actually not had the car for very long at all. Granted, it’s a very pretty vehicle to look at but other than the surface that’s all it has. Within two weeks of having my Rivian R1 S, we experienced issues with the sensors which deactivated many features of the car including auto pilot. When I tried to make an appointment, I was told that the nearest appointment would be three months later.
