Blake at the Costa Mesa Demo Center was awesome. He showed us both the R1S and R1T and made us feel comfortable before the demo drive in the R1S. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicles as well.
Service was fantastic, I love my Rivian and would recommend everyone should buy one!
When I first purchased my Rivian in May 2024, their service centers were backed up for months. However, they have made significant improvements and I feel Costa Mesa is among the best Rivian service centers. Reem (manager) and Julian (advisor) are professional and kind, and have done a great job with warranty issues and alternate transportation. Test drove at Irvine Spectrum but 1/2 hour drive was not enough time to get a good feel for the vehicle and screen system. The Navigation by dictation was not working and I wanted to do an overnight like Tesla does. I scheduled another test drive at the Costa Mesa Service Center but then I got a call from the Associate at Irvine.
