I was guided through my purchase by Tom Schalbe. It was an excellent introduction to the brand and I purchased my car within a day or so connecting with him. He walked me through the process in great detail and helped me find my ideal car. I just got my car today but overall very happy with the purchase and my experience with all of the reps, but found Tom particularly wonderful!
