Many of the reviews here are unrelated to the location so seems to me like people just looking for a place to vent. Now back to the location. Very well done. Has a very nice vibe and very on brand. Friendly staff, cool vehicles to see and test drive, including the R1T that won Rebelle Rally 2023! They have a gear shop where you can buy gear. Coffee shop for really good lattes. The signage could be better. I wouldn’t know you could do test drives if I wasn’t familiar with Rivian.

Rivian is exercising very deceptive business practices. Buyers beware if you have a "trade in". I was notified that I was ready to make the final decisions and commit to my order. I was concerned about their trade in process so I reached out ahead of time. I requested detail on the value I would receive for my current vehicle prior to committing to move forward. I’ve called Rivian so many times different times different days. Every time they are “experiencing high call volume” still havnt been able to speak anyone. Drove to the dealer to try and find a human and they are closed on the weekend….you can see why there are so many delays, doesn’t seem like they have employees or availability 🤷🏻‍♂️

The recruiters from this company constantly reach out to have you request a 5-10 quick call using their calendar app and yet they never call or even message back. Not sure what kind of game they are playing but seems like a waste of money.
