I recently visited the Rivian store at Irvine Spectrum Center, and after spending a good amount of time there asking questions, sitting in the vehicles, and discussing the buying process, I would ultimately rate my experience three out of five stars. We had a great experience with Clara the sales rep and we test drove the R1S. She told us about all the current incentives and features of this car, but we felt R1S is too big. For us esp for every day short commute. Long road trip would be great. Will need to test drive the smaller R2 when it’s available.
