Walked into this Rivian location with curiosity and walked out with a confident order of a new R1T (Truck). Edward specifically, gave me such a great consultation, walking me through the process, answering questions and making sure all my EV & Vehicle related questions were answered to the fullest. Had a great experience with Edward!! So personable and very experienced! He answered all my questions and worked with my needs. The showroom was very inviting and clean!
We worked with Edward and he was incredible! Very personable and down to earth! We spent the day test driving cars at different dealerships so we came across every car sales stereotype you can imagine. Edward was not the car sales stereotype at all! He heard what we needed, were looking for, and definitely delivered in meeting us where we were at and what we were looking for as a family of 4! He really got to know US! Had a great experience with Edward. He was thorough during the walkthrough and demo. There a couple of hiccups during the purchase process due to my oversight and he was very gracious in helping us through the process. We are happy with the sales team at Rivian and very happy with our new vehicle.
