Edward was an excellent salesperson—very attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping rather than pushing a sale. He took the time to answer all my questions, listened to what I was looking for, and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. I’ve never even been in a Rivian and had no plans of buying one before this. I took a look around and liked the interior, but Patrick offered me a demo drive and I’m SO grateful he did. I didn’t know these cars drove so well! The R1S surprised me in the best way possible and I’ll definitely be back for the R2. Thanks again Patrick!
