I can’t recommend Edward at Rivian enough! He went above and beyond, spending over an hour with me before my test drive, practically acting as my IT guru. I’ve never even been in a Rivian and had no plans of buying one before this. I took a look around and liked the interior, but Patrick offered me a demo drive and I’m SO grateful he did. I didn’t know these drove like boats! The R1S surprised me and I’ll definitely be back for the R2. Thanks again Patrick!
Stopped by the Rivian store and had a great experience thanks to Garrett. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand without any pressure. Made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable—highly recommend asking for him. 5 stars!
Repeatedly returned a defective car to me endangering me and my children. Door latches don’t work, key fails to start the car, AC is molding, glass ceiling shatters at a light touch. You name it, the car has broken. Beware this is not a family car. They will blame your kids for known defects of their car. Horrible.
